Tanner and the Tones are a powerhouse big band from Manchester that brings the timeless energy of jazz to life.  Under the direction of Joseph Tanner, the Tones bring the raw, powerful sound of a full 24-piece jazz band for a night of swing, dance and big band classics. Paying tribute to masters like Ella Fitzgerald and Dave Brubeck, as well as modern icons such as Gordon Goodwin and even Alan Menken, they’ll create an unforgettable night of music and dancing you won’t want to miss. After a sell out performance at Band on the Wall in 2025, we are excited to announce this year’s special guest, Hannah Brine. Fresh off of her debut album tour, Hannah is a singer-songwriter based in the Peak District with recording credits on releases for Black Hole, Perfecto, BBC and Disney.
