Darryl Rahn is a Brooklyn-based indie folk artist with a well-seasoned homegrown sound. Born in a small suburb in upstate New York, he is inspired by his community’s unique landscapes, grandmother’s red-sauce recipes, and an internal grappling over the fact that he never hit a home run in little league. His narrative-rich lyrics conjured from an admiration of great American writers from Raymond Carver to Tim Robinson paired with his signature chromatic guitar style have earned him spots on stages and in regular collaboration with the likes of Dawes, Willow Avalon, and Samia to name a few.
