Women in Comedy Festival: Tasmin Sarkany: Now That's What I call Bach!

Tasmin Sarkany (BBC New Comedy Awards shortlist 2025, Musical Comedy Awards finalist 2023) plays Amelia Crotchet, a classical musician in a double act with her violin. This is the most important concert of her career: a performance of J.S. Bach’s Chaconne for solo violin, accompanied by a complete history of his life and works. Unfortunately though, Amelia is easily distracted. Expect silliness, musical puns, historically questionable facts about Bach and (if she gets round to it) some beautiful classical music. 'Highly skilful... ingenious' (Chortle) ‘Captured the spirit of musical comedy' (Beyond the Joke) 'Proof you can still have a completely original (and slightly bonkers) idea' (Funny Women).Tickets: https://wicf.ticketsolve.com/ticketbooth/shows/873665348
