£8 / £10 / £15 otd SLAN is proud to present Bantu Jams, a vibrant night of music performances, DJ sets, and a pop-up shop (www.slanclothing.com) celebrating authentic sound and creative culture, bringing together music lovers, creatives, and fashion enthusiasts for a unique and energetic experience. Headlining the night is SLAN’s artist: •⁠ ⁠Hazel Mak, Malawi’s first AFRIMA award winner, whose powerful sound and international acclaim have positioned her as one of Africa’s standout musical voices. •⁠ ⁠Subz, a wordsmith based in Manchester known for his lyrical depth and captivating stage presence, •⁠ ⁠Elle Mak, a soulful vocalist and singer-songwriter whose music blends emotion with melodic storytelling •⁠ ⁠Don Efe, an Afrobeat and mood artist whose vibrant rhythms bring infectious energy to every stage. We also have a guest performance from Saf-S2E who is a poet and lyricist from Manchester and has music with the SLAN Team. The journey through sound will be guided by feature DJs and an event host. Bantu Jams promises a night more than just music. The event will feature dynamic DJ sets and a curated pop-up shop, blending music, fashion, and culture into one immersive night. Attendees can expect an environment that celebrates collaboration, community, originality, creativity, and authentic artistry.
